Based on my research on IVT official site, the most updated version of this software seems to be 2.3 released on July 28 th 2006, and designed to support Windows XP and previous versions of Windows. Let’s firstly talk about the software called IVT BlueSoleil. Just in case, I'm running Windows Vista Ultimate 圆4. If you need to know anything about what devices i'm running, just reply and i'll let you know. If i want to play audio through my headset again, i would have to RE-CONNECT all over again.Īny ideas on how to keep my bluetooth headset connected even when i pause or stop audio? But as soon as both are stopped or paused, the headset will lose its connection. The headset will keep playing music even if one application is stopped or paused. This also happens even if i have all the applications on pause.įor example if I have Media Player Classic and Winamp running both outputting audio to my headset, it will work fine as long as I keep something playing. However, the moment I stop all the applications that outputs sound to my bluetooth headset, the headset itself disconnects and all sounds get diverted to my speakers. Normally it runs fine, it connects I can listen to music, watch my movies, blah blah, all via my Bluetooth headset. I've installed IVT BlueSoleil (Version 5.0.5 圆4) to do connections and everything. Just your normal run of the mill bluetooth headset. I hope this helps! I spent hours on this problem.I don't know if is the correct place to put this. Uninstall everything Bluesoleil and you should be OK. I guess there's just a nasty incompatibility between Bluesoleil and Nokia's PC Suite. I experienced no connection problems after all. The Bluetooth dongle, which it did absolutely fine.įrom then on, I was using MS Bluetooth driver for my dongle, and the PC Suite software was able to maintain a connection to my phone! I managed to backup all my info and do all the usual stuff with no problems. One of them was MS Bluetooth.įrom what I understood, the problem appeared to be with the Bluesoleil software and driver, so I completely uninstalled the PC Suite software as well as all traces of the Bluesoleil bluetooth driver. I followed one of the links above, which goes to a page which has a list of compatible Bluetooth drivers.

I experienced the same problem as everyone else here - my bluetooth connection for my E51 disconnected after a few seconds when attempting to sync using the PC Suite software. Problem with E51 - Bluetooth disconnection BlueSoleil
